Questions
- Is it really free for families?
- Yes. Families always use Evenload for free. Your sponsorship unlocks Plus for your employees and everyone in their care circle.
- What do we see about our employees?
- Only anonymous totals, like how many employees activated. Any number based on fewer than 10 people shows as “Fewer than 10.” You never see names, families or care details.
- How do employees join?
- Employees who sign in with your company email are recognized automatically. You can also share an access code for people without a work email.
- How is billing calculated?
- On eligible headcount, not active users: $2 PEPM paid monthly, or $1.70 PEPM paid annually (15% savings). Minimums are $167/mo or $1,700 per year. Headcount is trued up at renewal.
