Terms of Service
Effective October 23, 2026
1. Your agreement with us
Evenload is provided by Evenload, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Evenload, LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use Evenload, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. An organizing tool, not professional advice
Evenload helps families coordinate calendars, medication information, tasks, contacts, notes, documents and shared expenses. It does not provide medical, legal or financial advice, prescribe treatment, verify medication information, or monitor whether medication has been taken. It is not an emergency service.
Check care information with qualified professionals and keep important records available outside the app. In an emergency, contact emergency services directly. A medical card or medication list may be incomplete or out of date.
3. Accounts and shared information
Provide accurate account information, keep it updated and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Only add information you are authorized to share, including information about the person receiving care. Obtain any required consent. Circle members can access information according to their roles, and organizers manage membership. Take care when inviting people or downloading, printing or sharing records.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Evenload to:
- Break the law, commit fraud, send spam, or harass or harm others.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Distribute malware, probe or attack security, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
- Access another person's account or circle without authorization, evade access controls, or circumvent technical limits.
- Reverse engineer the software except where law permits, or resell or redistribute the service without our permission.
5. Ownership and permission to use the service
Evenload, LLC retains ownership of the service, software, documentation, branding and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms and your selected plan.
You retain your rights in information and documents you submit. You give us permission to host, store and process that content only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service. We do not acquire ownership of your family records. Report rights-holder complaints to hello@getevenload.com.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Family accounts are free. Paid employer subscriptions are offered at the price, billing frequency and renewal terms shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew on the selected monthly or annual schedule unless canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals, with access ordinarily continuing through the paid period unless a refund or termination ends it sooner.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy offers a 30-day refund window. To manage billing or request payment help, visit paddle.net or contact us.
7. Availability and limits of responsibility
We work to keep Evenload available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or outages may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Evenload, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or loss of data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months or $100. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable liability for death or personal injury. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may remove content that violates these Terms. Where practical and safe, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us about account closure or data requests. Download important records before ending access. Circle deletion can remove shared records for all members without deleting their individual accounts. Data handling after closure follows our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
9. New York law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law gives you other protections. Subject to those protections, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts with jurisdiction in New York.
We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
