A 30-day money-back guarantee

Evenload, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid Evenload purchases, including subscription renewal charges. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order or renewal charge date. Family accounts are free and do not require a purchase.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net to request a refund, or email hello@getevenload.com and we will help direct your request.

Include the email used at checkout and your order reference, if available. Do not email your full payment card details. Paddle processes refunds to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Subscriptions and your rights

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. If you also want a refund for a recent charge, request it within the 30-day window. A refunded subscription may end paid access. See Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy for payment and refund handling.
